is a fantastic tool for a business of any size. eLearning is available
24/7, it can be challenging, fun and, what often
matters
most, the bottom-line, it is less expensive.
There are numerous components to online learning and a lot of terminology,
CBT (Computer Based Training) WBT (Web Based Training) and so on and
so forth. eLearning can be as simple as the demonstration shown on
this site or very complicated. To develop a solution for you, a needs
assessment is required.
The demonstration on this site is a very simple
example. It does not contain any security (log in/password) nor will
it track the participant
results. Tracking results requires a learning management system which,
in the case of this demonstration, is not required.
